Business Financial/Relationship Disclosure

Iron & Ivory Management, Inc. (“Iron & Ivory”) works with banks, technology platforms, contractors, and other third-party service providers to support the community associations we manage. By coordinating certain services across multiple clients, Iron & Ivory may be able to streamline administrative processes, improve service coordination, and create operational efficiencies.
In certain circumstances, Iron & Ivory may receive compensation or another economic benefit in connection with a third-party vendor or service provider. This may include reimbursements, rebates, transaction fees, revenue sharing, administrative fees, referral compensation, or other forms of compensation.
The existence of a financial or business relationship between Iron & Ivory and a service provider does not necessarily mean that the provider offers the lowest available pricing or is the only provider offering comparable services. Except where otherwise required by an association's contractual arrangements or separately authorized by the association, clients are not required to select a vendor solely because that vendor has a relationship with Iron & Ivory.
Iron & Ivory is committed to transparency regarding these relationships and will disclose material financial relationships as required by applicable law.
