Meet The Owner
Kelly Gasper, CMCA, AMS
Kelly brings over 13 years of experience in property management and HOA leadership. She is known for her ability to tackle complex challenges with practical solutions and steady, results driven guidance.
​
She holds CAI designations, CMCA and AMS, and is deeply committed to ongoing education for both herself and her team, ensuring the highest level of expertise in community management.
​
Inspired by her English bulldog, Lucy, Kelly founded Iron & Ivory Management, a name that reflects her balanced approach: “Iron” for strength and stability, and “Ivory” for elegance and sophistication.
​
In Kelly's free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing on the lake, and snowboarding through the Tahoe and Colorado mountains.
